Hillary Clinton needs to push her bill <A HREF="http://www.opencongress.org/bill/110-s3567/show" REL="nofollow">S.3567</A>. This bill, which is currently referred to the Foreign Affairs Committee, seeks to examine the causes of the conflict and make recommendations about U.S. policy. Sen.
